MEYER MOOLMAN

Mr. Moolman is 53 years old and completed his B.Eng. (Civil) degree in 1997 at the University of Pretoria. He registered as a Professional Engineer in 2004. After his studies, he joined SNA Civil & Development Engineers from where he resigned in 2005 and joined WENHAUS as a Site Agent. He became a partner in 2012 and served as contracts manager.

Mr. Moolman is currently the Managing Director of Wenhaus (Pty) Ltd since November 2019.

FRANCOIS KEMP

Mr. Kemp is 60 years old, with a National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering. He completed his

Studies in 1985 and worked for the South African Railway Services (SARS) due to his bursary obligations. He joined BKS Consulting Engineers in

1988 where he was a Resident Engineer in several contracts, including the S.A. Mint and the N1 Concrete highway between Pretoria and Johannesburg.

He joined WENHAUS in 1996 as a site agent and was promoted to contracts manager in 1998. Mr. Kemp became a director of the Company in 2000.

Mr. Kemp served as Managing Director up until 2019. He is currently the head of the tender and procurement department, as well as the projects director on several contracts.

The company has a full-time safety officer, Mr. Pieter Franklin, who is registered with SACPCMP and with 10 years’ experience in Occupational as well as Mine Health and Safety Acts.

Regular SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) meetings are held to bring the latest regulations to our employees. Site-specific safety meetings are held on a fortnightly basis, to ensure our best endeavors for the safety of our personnel.
